New Advisors to the Board

Rwanda Heart Care and Research Foundation are delighted that Ex-PM Serge Telle and Ms Magdalena Gatzinska have joined as Advisors to the Board, bringing much expertise in diplomacy and Finance for the fund raising and development of the Heart Centre in Kigali.
